Inquiry Groups Launch

Hey there fabulous educators and rad humans,

TAG Boston hopes to see YOU at our awesome inquiry groups launch on Saturday February 7th!  If you’ve been spending your snow days hoping to have deep and meaningful conversations about education practice and policy… or if you just want to hang out with some cool people and drink punch, join us!

Here’s what you can expect:
1. Punch.
2. Small group inquiry discussions designed around elementary education, special education, social studies education, and more!
3. A chance to build community with folks who are doing similar work to what you’re doing.  Connection = awesome.

Lois Weiner, a life-long teacher union activist and educator, has been an officer of three union locals and is internationally known for her work on urban teacher education.  She is currently a professor at New Jersey City University, editorial board member of New Politics (read her blog here), and is author of the recent The Future of Our Schools.

2013 Back to School BBQ


We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer and enjoying some much-needed, well-earned rest and relaxation! TAG Boston is hosting a kick-off event/social to connect and reconnect and start thinking about what we want to accomplish in the new year. It’s a BBQ Potluck so please bring some food if you can, but TAG Boston will also have some grilled goodness available.
